What makes a good interview?

1. The interviewer is prepared. (He has questions written and information to talk about).
2. The interviewer is asking appropriate questions for the topic, and is not pressuring or making the interviewee feel uncomfortable.
3. The interviewer has to be careful to not be biased, he has to listen to all the different opinons of the interviewee.
